Is ordering safe?

All paintings are packaged securely in cardboard tubes, and dispatched by proven, reliable courier services. You can even track your order online once we give you the dispatch number.

How long will it take to deliver my paintings?

We take pride in serving our valued customers with an optimum product, and delivery can therefore take up to five weeks. This is simply because we want to make sure that your painting is perfect in every detail, and that the product is dry enough to ship. We can provide the product quicker if needed, but do not recommend it.

Is There a Money Back Guarantee?

If you are not completely happy with your purchased product, simply return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. We are proud to say that we have only ever had one painting returned, so far, however.

Are there any copyright issues concerning the paintings that you offer?

Once an artist has been dead for a number of years (70 years is the general rule of thumb, but does not always apply), then his or her work is considered to be in the Public Domain. The Public Domain is that repository of all works that for whatever reason are not protected by copyright. As such, they are free for all to use without permission.

When I order a painting, who will complete the work?

We have assembled a richly experienced team of artists that have been painting fine art reproduction masterpieces for years. Each artist is skilled in different areas however, and we therefore make sure that each order is passed on to the relevant artist. Certain artists are experts in completing work by the Impressionists. Others are more at home with Cubism, or Expressionism, for example. You can rest assured, knowing that your order will be undertaken by a highly skilled Flametree artist with wide experience of the particular genre being ordered.
